Helpful hint...if you would like to register, "on-line"... follow these simple steps.  First, click on the above e-mail address link, your  e-mail editor should open up a "new message".  Second, click on the "minus" sign in the upper right hand corner of the page, to "minimze" your e-mail page. Third,  block (or highlight) this entire page. Fourth, use the "copy" function of your e-mail editor.  Fifth, click on the e-mail (new message) you have minimized in step two above. The e-mail will re-appear, then, Sixth,  "paste" the entire page into the blank "body" of the e-mail.   Once you do that, you can type or edit the information asked for in the blanks above.  Once you are happy with the information, "send" the e-mail; print your self a copy and drop the copy and your check for league registration fee in  the mail to the above address.  Then...you are all registered.  We will send you back two e-mails...one, when we receive your on-line registration form, the other when we receive your registration fee.

All current D1 players, with eligibility remaining must complete and submit this form!
